Community License Agreement: By accessing lxqvnmzrtpka.life, downloading our narrative simulation files, or utilizing our branching calculator, you agree to comply with the terms below. Our free community edition is 100% royalty-free for both personal and commercial game development projects.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or representing a game studio entity) and Lxqvnmzrtpka Dialogue Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Community Developer License Grant

Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

  • Download and run the NPC Dialogue Simulator desktop tool for story development.
  • Incorporate exported JSON data schemas, tree architectures, and blueprint templates into commercial or non-commercial video games.
  • Distribute the output conversation logic within compiled game binaries across any gaming platform (PC, console, mobile, web) without paying royalties to us.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Your Game Scripts: You retain 100% full, unencumbered intellectual property ownership over all character dialogue lines, quest scripts, character names, and narrative content you create using our tools. We claim zero ownership or copyright over your creative writing.

Simulator Architecture: The visual simulator software, underlying algorithm code, website UI design, and brand marks are the exclusive proprietary property of Lxqvnmzrtpka Dialogue Systems LLC.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the simulator standalone engine for resale as a competing developer tool.
  • Use automated bots or crawlers to flood our download endpoints or disrupt website services.
  • Submit falsified contact information or attempt unauthorized access to our administrative databases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, interactive calculators, sample templates, and simulation software are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure our tools produce production-ready code schemas, you are responsible for testing logic compatibility within your game engine build environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lxqvnmzrtpka Dialogue Systems LLC, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
